Today we are constantly being bombarded by negative news, ads and entertainment, and we can easily spend hours scrolling through social media posts. Our attention is always being lured away from the most important things in our life and delaying us from achieving the goals we set for ourselves. This is understandable as everyone is trying to do their best in these uncertain times, but the author shows readers how to be more mindful, to retain our attention for longer periods of time, and function at our peak. She walks readers through mindfulness practices to help train your brain and strengthen your ability to focus.
