Overview:

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is the third largest school district in the country, with over 350,000 students, over 600 schools, over 40,000 employees and a budget of $7.7 billion in 2019. One of CPS’ new school construction projects was the Ogden Elementary School.

DTI was selected as the low-voltage contractor in 2012 for all network infrastructure wiring, including the wiring for all backbone and horizontal cabling, for the Ogden Elementary School. In the past, DTI provided CPS with voice/data, CATV, and fiber optic cabling for existing schools throughout the city.
