OUR HISTORY
INDUSTRY FOCUS
While we can apply our services to any industry, we invest in expanding our knowledge and capabilities in three specific industries: Energy, State and Local Government/Education (SLED), and Financial Services. We have developed our industry knowledge from working with Fortune 500 clients, governments, school districts, and colleges in the Chicago area over the last 38 years, and we bring this knowledge to our clients across the country.
ENERGY
We have worked with some of the largest energy firms in the country, such as Exelon, NiSource, Ameren, Southwest Gas, and WEC Energy Group, on ERP systems, customer information systems, smart meters, mobile applications, managed services, and integrating systems after a merger or acquisition.
STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT
We have extensive experience working in state and local government, with a specialization in transit. We are looking to expand into the federal government. Our work includes implementing government financial systems, property tax and appraisal systems andnetwork services.
We have worked with a range of governments, from small government agencies to large, complex governments, such as the State of Illinois, Cook County, and the City of Chicago.
We are experienced in working with systems that are specific to transit authorities, such as bus scheduling systems. We also have managed call centers for specialty cards and provided cyber security and identification management consulting. Our transit clients include the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), the Regional Transit Authority (RTA), Metra, the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), and Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA).
EDUCATION
We have extensive experience in K-12 and higher education, especially in the areas of ERP implementation and network services. Our education clients include Chicago Public Schools, City Colleges of Chicago, University of Chicago, and Northeastern Illinois University.
FINANCIAL SERVICES
We have worked with JPMorgan Chase & Co. on their ServiceNow initiatives providing project management, business analysis, and quality assurance. In addition, we provide systems engineering, database administration, and communications strategy to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
