Bakkah Dantzler
HR/ Payroll Manager

Bakkah Dantzler is DTI’s HR/Payroll Manager. Bakkah received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and a Master's degree in Public Relations from Full Sail University. Bakkah finds great fulfillment in being part of an organization like DTI, which shares her values and actively works to provide career opportunities for young emerging professionals. She is dedicated to being a driving force behind positive change and growth within DTI.

Jerome Robinson
Business Development


Jerome Robinson is DTI's Business Development Executive heading up all things dealing with Power, Renewable Energy, and Utilities east of the Mississippi. He holds a degree in Psychology as well as a degree in Computer Information Systems. Jerome has been apart of the DTI family over 2 years. Jerome continues to build on previous and current relationships as well as navigate thru future opportunities for DTI. Seeing and being apart of DTI's overall growth, and day to day changes and the opportunities it brings to those in the community aligns with Jerome's goals and values. He is motivated daily to be better for not only himself, but as well as those around him.

Wanda Melendez is the heart of DTI and the Talent Acquisition Manager. She began her career in recruiting after leaving the military, loving the fact that the industry was one of a few, that benefited all entities involved. She has since partnered with some of the top IT Consulting firms in the country, working to diversify their workforce.

Having worked in IT for well over 13 years Wanda has developed an eye for talent and made strong connections in the industry. She is determined to fill the gaps in minority representation in the IT industry through a rigorous recruiting strategy, comprehensive training programs, and strategic partnerships with clients to influence the next generation of technical leaders. She's been with DTI for over 10 years and is excited to help the company grow and expand it's footprint.


Nia Henry is an integral part of our team at DTI, serving as our dedicated Administrative Assistant. After graduating from high school in 2020, she embarked on a path of higher education, enrolling at Harold College to obtain her degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. 

Nia is not only dedicated to her own success but also to the betterment of her community. She is a proud member of the DTI Hero Award Program.  Her passion for learning, her commitment to excellence, and her selfless dedication to community service make her an invaluable asset to our team and a role model for all of us to emulate.

James Leuthe
Business Development

James Leuthe is DTI’s Senior Business Development Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team development.  James is leading DTI’s expansion into the Western United States, primarily focused on Power, Utilities, and Renewable Energy.

James graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business with a Master of Business Administration degree. In his free time, James enjoys activities with his family and is a volunteer coach for his son’s basketball team.
